I am a mother of two (ages 11 and almost 10). I love to exercise and I have a passion for cooking -- especially clean and healthy recipes that taste GOOD. I work from home as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and an online health and fitness coach.

I have struggled with food and eating issues since I was about 8-10 years old. My weight has ranged from a high of nearly 220 pounds to a low of about 100 pounds (and back up and down) – neither of these were healthy options. Since my children were born, I have vowed to be fit – in a healthy way – and set a good example in nutrition and an active lifestyle for them. Not only to lose weight, but to be HEALTHY.

In the last several years, I have lost 65 pounds and 6 clothing sizes through home exercise programs such as: P90X, TurboFire, Les Mills Pump, Les Mills Combat, Insanity, Asylum, Body Beast, and the 21 Day Fix). I am a huge advocate of eating clean, wholesome foods that taste great and that meet my family's needs.

AND, I want to help YOU succeed. I have walked the journey. I have tried every "diet" out there. I have gone from no exercise to healthy exercise. I have been up, down, and all over. I know what you are -- and have been -- going through.
